The Process

Step One: Take the CliftonStrengths Assessment

The online assessment is approximately one hour and includes 177 paired statements, You will choose the statement that best describes you. The assessment measures your talents -- your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving -- and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. Assessments are available in top five talent themes or the full 34 themes.

Step Two: Get Your personalized CliftonStrengths Results

Finishing the assessment is just the beginning of fulfilling your purpose.

Your customized CliftonStrengths reports and guides help you chart your course to accomplish great things using the true north of what you naturally do best.

Step Three: Explore Your Talent Themes

Whether individually or as a team, engage in training/coaching to learn how to optimize your talent themes by adding skill, knowledge, and experience to develop strengths.

COACHING AND WORKSHOPS

Individual 1:1 Strengths Coaching

It is recommended that individuals participate in a minimum of two coaching sessions. Pre-work includes completion of a general questionnaire and completion of the CliftonStrengths assessment.

Initial Coaching Session includes an access code for CliftonStrengths top five talent themes (60 minutes)

1:1 Initial Strengths Coaching for - Name it (all 34)

$200.00

Initial Coaching Session includes an access code for all 34 CliftonStrengths talent themes (90 minutes)

1:1 Strengths Coaching Followup - Claim it

$100.00

The Claim It session provides a deeper dive into leveraging the power of talent themes (60 minutes)

1:1 Strengths Coaching Followup - Aim it

$100.00

The Aim It session explores theme dynamics, how various themes work together, and how to put them to work (60 minutes)


Team Strengths Development

Team Strengths Development Workshops are approximately three hours depending on the size of the group. Assessment fees are purchased separately.

Basic Strengths Session (1-15 participants)

This interactive session for 1-15 participants explores Name it, Claim it, and Aim it and includes printed materials and certificates for each participant. 

Basic Strengths Session (15+ participants)

$1,250.00

Strengths-Based Leadership (1-15 participants)

This interactive session for 1-15 participants is a followup to Basic Strengths and explores the four domains of leadership and how talent themes and strengths work together to leverage the potential of a team.

$1,250.00

This interactive session for 15+ participants is a followup to Basic Strengths and explores the four domains of leadership and how talent themes and strengths work together to leverage the potential of a team.

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS CAN BE IN PERSON, BY PHONE, OR VIDEO CONFERENCE. TEAM SESSIONS ARE FACE-TO-FACE.
