The online assessment is approximately one hour and includes 177 paired statements, You will choose the statement that best describes you. The assessment measures your talents -- your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving -- and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. Assessments are available in top five talent themes or the full 34 themes.
Finishing the assessment is just the beginning of fulfilling your purpose.
Your customized CliftonStrengths reports and guides help you chart your course to accomplish great things using the true north of what you naturally do best.
Whether individually or as a team, engage in training/coaching to learn how to optimize your talent themes by adding skill, knowledge, and experience to develop strengths.
It is recommended that individuals participate in a minimum of two coaching sessions. Pre-work includes completion of a general questionnaire and completion of the CliftonStrengths assessment.
